Lisa-Jean Foote is a go-the-extra-mile kind of sort. Both in the office and on the track (ultra marathon anyone?).
Her tenacious attitude is all about getting the job done, and getting it done to the very best of her ability at that.
Lisa-Jean’s emotional intelligence allows her to build meaningful and truly trusted relationships with all of her clients - in a way that is unique to their nuances and their needs.

Lisa-Jean keeps things simple, in plain English and without complicated jargon so the overwhelming becomes really quite simple and the tricky becomes really quite smooth.

He’s a straight shooter and won’t shy away from those difficult conversations. Whether it’s ticking the compliance boxes neatly for your tax return or supporting your business through growth or tough times, Shaun’s the man to get you through.
Married to a PE teacher with two young boys, Shaun knows what busy means! He’s the master of finding balance enjoying quiet time fishing or hitting the gym.

Kirsten Rattray
Kirsten is a natural problem solver who enjoys seeing others succeed in their business and life.
With a practical, solutions-focused approach, she works closely with clients to improve their numbers and simplify tax compliance.
As a Chartered Accountant with 24 years experience in tax she is considered a safe pair of hands. Oh, and did I mention she is also Xero Certified!
Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active at the gym, and unwinding with through crafts or gardening.

Bekki Sherlock
Bekki is a practical, people‑first accountant who values strong relationships and takes a down‑to‑earth approach to tax and business advice.
Clients love working with Bekki because she’s not your stereotypical accountant. Originally retrained from events management, she’s a people‑person who explains things clearly and keeps the process straightforward—without the unnecessary jargon. With a self‑employed husband, Bekki also has first‑hand experience of running a business while juggling family life, giving her a practical understanding of the challenges many of her clients face.
Bekki hails from the US originally and has been living in NZ since 2007. She has two teens, and much of family life revolves around their local Surf Life Saving Club.

Rosie Lewis-Jones
Rosie keeps Kindred.Co running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in project delivery, plus experience founding and running her own two businesses, she brings a sharp operational mind and a practical, people-first approach to practice management. Rosie's focus is on building the systems and structure that let the team do their best work: clear processes, good communication, and an eye for continuous improvement.
Outside of work, she’s a Mum, an avid reader, and always has a creative hobby on the go.

Jassie van Helden
Jassie joined Kindred in the company’s first year of business and now brings six years of experience to her role. She manages our accounts receivable and payable, Companies Office compliance and coordinates the estates workflow, ensuring key financial and administrative processes run seamlessly. Jassie is a busy mum of two who enjoys a good book, travelling, and walking her dog.
Administration & Client Services Manager
Raewyn Proudfoot
Raewyn is often the first friendly face or voice you'll encounter at Kindred.Co, and that sets the tone perfectly. She keeps the front of house running smoothly and makes sure everyone feels welcome and looked after from the moment they arrive.
Behind the scenes, Raewyn also manages payroll, bringing the same care and attention to detail to ensure everything runs on time and without a hitch.
ReceptionistBookkeeper
Father of two young children, nothing is a challenge for Allan. When it comes to bookkeeping. Allan is a big fan of Xero, reporting, and can do just about anything with a spreadsheet.
We know that when you get busy, data entry, GST, Payroll, reconciling your Xero and entering bills just isn’t where you want to be spending your time. That’s ok, Allan will help take care of that for you, so you can spend more time on other things.
Allan is well immersed in other stock applications such as Unleashed and Vend.
